Seattle NorthCountry, in conjunction with Snohomish County Parks, Recreation & Tourism, continues to closely monitor the C-19 situation, as it evolves. Our state is opening up in clearly-defined phases, per Governor Jay Inslee's plan. Please see a diagram of the phased approach below.
